So disappointed. It was barely clean but that was all. Carpets very dirty, hairs in tub but the worst was the condition. Doors had huge gaps all around, around tub the walls were breaking down due to water damage, paint bubbling with mold spots on walls and ceiling. Shower curtain had big holes in them. Bedding was so thin as to be almost nonexistent. Elevator was not working, so had to climb stairs late at night and was not fixed during stay. Stayed three nights due to necessity however i would not stay there again. If you have to stay the price was decent but glad i only had to sleep and shower in rooms.

Don't ask your customer if they are ok with the stairs if THEY DON'T HAVE A CHOICE.
How long does it take to fix the elevator? It has been at least 6 months now.
Try having at least one source of protein for the breakfast. What is wrong with you? Have you never stayed at another hotel to compare how bad yours is?

The experience was subpar at best, with a non-functional door lock, damaged carpets, and a strong odor of dog urine. The bathroom towel rack exhibited rust, the entrance door did not operate correctly, and an unidentified substance was present in the coffee maker. Furthermore, the air conditioning emitted an unpleasant smell. While the staff was satisfactory, I would not hesitate to provide a negative rating if possible, as the establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards.
When asked if they had a pool they said yes as i was booking yet the pool was closed on arrival.

So this property is in a great location, easy access to the interstate and lots of dining and amenities close by.
It is aging and it shows, but my keycard worked every time, the bedding and towels were clean and fresh, the AC unit blew cold, and for the price this is a solid option for solo travel or maybe a couple. I’d say no to family staying if given the choice.

If you just need to only sleep this might be ok. The AC/Heater is really loud. One of the lights next to the bed did not work, had to move a light bulb to another light. Outlets don't exist, had to plug my phone into the outlet by the bathroom sink. Room didn't have a TV remote. Elevator was broken. Moved a cabnit to plug my light in and tons of trash under and behind it. Shower rod was falling out of the wall so was scared to even move it.
