Wi-fi not working. Said pet friendly when I booked the room. Get there and she informed me that yes it’s pet friendly but there is a $20.00 extra charge for my dog!
Probably the last stay at Super 8.
Said I couldn’t get a refund and go somewhere else so stayed, but not again!

When I arrived at the property they had given away the room that I reserved. The lady at the desk told me to call Expedia and they would refund my money since my room was not available. I have reached out to Expedia twice to have them reach out to the property but magically they never answer when Expedia calls but they answer every time I call so I still have not received my money back.

When we got there we were informed that the wi-fi was not working. We get our room and the tv didn’t work. The staff was not friendly and couldn’t understand what they were saying.
