Enjoyed our room. We stayed 2 nights. The king suite we stayed in was clean & plenty of room. The bed was comfortable & loved the balcony. It was relaxing to hear the water running down the creek. We checked in at 11pm on Friday & was trying to figure out where we could get snacks for the night. We went walking & found Old Dad's General store. It's about a 10 minute walk from the hotel & they are open 24hrs.
Only issue we had ( It was really not an issue ) at the hotel is the batteries in the TV remote went dead on us. When we got back to the hotel from walking Gatlinburg, I stopped by the front desk to ask the desk attendant for batteries. Told him the batteries went dead in the TV remote & I would change them out. He was real nice & found us a couple of batteries.
Me & my wife both said we would stay here again. It was very relaxing for us

My son & I enjoyed our stay there. We enjoyed the river view from the balcony it was very calming. The location of the hotel so close to restaurants and shop within walking distance. There is also a gas station a few away from the hotel.

Last minute booking as a storm was coming and we were camping. Either we have been chasing rain or it has been chasing us since April 17th on a cross country road trip. We have had great luck with Best Western Hotels saving us along the way. Great rate, huge room with a great view of the river, close to all the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg.

The room smelled really bad (like mildew and stinky feet) but it is an older room. It wasn’t the cleanest the sheets had stuff on them and the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned out (it had the last guest dish of leftover ice cream in it).

I think I got bed bug bites from my stay here. I booked for 5 persons with a room that's originally only for 4. They got a sofa bed but they didn't give us any extra sheets or pillow. When we checked in, the room smelled like it didn't properly dried up after washing the carpet.

The property was fine however the staff at desk was more worried about their conversation than checking me in and the room was clean but had a horrible smell like wet dog I spent $15.00 in air fresheners to tolerate the smell. The balcony view was excellent.

The only big positive for this stay was the size of the room. It was huge and we had three kids with us. The pool was closed despite almost all the other hotels having theirs open. Breakfast was not the best and almost every bagel was hard as a rock. We had 5 people in a room so we had to keep asking for towels and we were lucky if they had some. The staff however tried their hardest to help out.

We had booked this hotel for 1 night stay. We reached the hotel around 9:30 PM and there was nobody at the front desk. We waited for almost 30 minutes and then front desk person showed up. He said that they have been overbooked and that there were no rooms. He asked us to wait another 30 minutes while he got a room ready. Finally, around 11 PM, we had a room. The check in experience was frustrating as we had 2 small kids with us, and they were super irritable as it was beyond their bedtime. We waited almost 1.5 hours to have a room. The room was okay. It had a balcony with river view. Breakfast was okay.
