The Arrabelle at Vail Square, A RockResort

This was the best stay in Vail I’ve ever had. The staff here is absolutely amazing and so helpful. I will be staying here again.

This was like staying at a castle in the Swiss Alps. The staff was super friendly.

Great experience! Although Arrabelle shows to be a little more expensive than other hotels in Vail...the value is there. Beautiful and expansive room, free Valet Parking, Free Breakfast each morning and we received a credit via Expedia for $120 and we had dinner on their patio (with view of the. mountains). When all said and done, it was less expensive and a luxury experience all around! I strongly recommend this hotel and location!

The staff was amazing as was the room with the balcony overlooking the slopes. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend this hotel. Location is ideal.

Great location! Super friendly staff. The pool and hot tubs were really out dated and left a lot to be desired for this caliber of hotel but otherwise a nice property.

Property is beautiful and well appointed. Staff was excellent and accommodating. We had issues with the AC and patio door and they immediately transferred us to another room. Unfortunately, we visited during mud season and most of the hotel amenities were not available and 90% of the town was closed. This should be highlighted in the property listing.

This was a fantastic property with an outstanding staff. Everything was walking distance from the hotel!

The only thing we could have commented is the light automatic system was a little complicated. Too sophisticated . The toilerettes were not our favoritesexcellent

We stay at many higher end hotels but rarely have we been so impressed with the entire experience. The hotel is beautiful, the suite was pristine, the service exceeded expectation, we felt completely attended to at every turn, could not More of the than not we decide to try somewhere new but

Anazing property with great amenities and service

Overall it as a mixed experience. On the upside, the experience at the mountainside tent/room where skis and boots were stored was amazing. The guys/girls were fun, attentive and super helpful! Another big plus was the 3:00 cookie and brownie treats by the fireplace. Unfortunately, some issues did emerge: The first day the heat/cooling electrical system in our room wasn't working and required a rather lengthy repair. On a few days, after a long day of skiing we were looking forward to hot showers before going out to dinner, but sadly the shower water was only lukewarm, which was disappointing. One of the handles on the dresser in our room, 312, kept coming off. Lastly, our visit to the hot tub was nice but there were many dead bugs floating around in the hot tub. No one was around to clean the hot tub and there was nothing to use to clean it ourselves. Again, this was at peak after skiing time when many people were using the pool and hot tub and you would think it would be attended to. On the upside, all the personnel at the hotel were very accomodating including the electrical repair guy, the bellmen out front and the check-in desk personnel. Net net is a beautiful hotel but I would have expected a more consistently quality experience from such a high-end hotel.

Wonderful place to stay! They will store your skis and boots 20 seconds from the gondola! Worth the $$.

We had a large bedroom condo with 3 balconies and amazing views of the mountains. Our room was cleaned everyday. We had complimentary rides to and from anywhere in the village. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived we were greated with hot chocolate and pastries. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had the convenience/amenities of staying in a hotel with the space of a condo. I was very sad to leave, we had the best time!

The Arrebella is in my top 3 hotels around the world. The service is unbeatable your every need is anticipated. The beds are comfortable the bathtub is divine after a long day on the slopes. The Tavern has the yummiest lobster Mac and cheese
