Very nice modern furnished hotel, but did have some wear and the remodeling is getting it back to where they wish to be it looks. It was a great value, not noisy and comfortable. I will be back and in a nice area to feel safe.

The wi-fi password was nowhere to be found. Called down to lobby. was put on hold so long, I gave up.
An oddity about the room, the master light had to be on to turn other lights on. This did not work for going to the bathroom in the night and wanting to turn only the bathroom light on after closing the door, so I wouldn't wake my spouse up. I understand that our rooms were recently renovated and everything else about the rooms were great. Spacious, up to date, comfortable. And we loved the little reading lights attached to the headboard.

Pool was closed. Restaurant closed.
So the things we were looking for simply weren’t here and there was no mention of it at booking. The front desk said the restaurant was closed due to limited occupancy in the hotel.
Not a good stay.

Although it was under construction we were not really affected by it. Only one person working at night so we had to wait quite a while for some extras to be brought to us. Otherwise beds were comfy and good water pressure is all I need!

The room was great! The hotel advertised on website that hotel was being renovated and lobby and restaurant/bar were moved temporarily. However they did not mention that the pool was closed. I traveled with my son who went to a wedding on Saturday. I was there with no car and planned a pool day for Friday and Saturday- I would not have booked this hotel if the pool being closed was disclosed on website.

Didn’t know they were under remodel. Didn’t know that you had to valet park. I know that started Monday but was unaware when booked. Luckily there was parking elsewhere.

Quick overnight stay, close to Southlake Town Center and plenty of shopping and dining. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful. Everything was very clean.
