The Inn at Cocoa Beach

Charming “Old Florida” beach Hotel. Unique amenities, friendly attentive service. Great location near restaurants and shopping.

Out stay was for one night, based on the area and the room we have already decided to return to cocoa beach and want to stay again. Room was comfortable breakfast was awesome and what little time we had to explore the area was great. I always look at the cleanliness of a room when I get into it and all I found was under the bed had not been swept before our arrival, mot saying it was dirty just some dust under the bed.

Its a quaint hotel. Very homey. Loved the dogs and parrots onsite. Breakfast was delicious. Close to beach. Oceanview from balcony. Wine and cheese hour. Just the right size hotel. Easy to navigate. Only suggestion is a privacy wall in the bathroom from the jacuzzi tub and toilet area. Very clean. Nice staff. Will stay again for sure.

Hotel location was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free beach chairs and parasol. Rooms were clean and Aircon was quiet. Only thing stopping it being a 5 was lack of fridge and coffee maker.

All the people at Cocoa Beach Inn were the absolute sweetest! Liz was such a delight getting us checked in and the puppies in the lobby are the cherry on top. Excellent amenities abound as well. They have a common area with beer and wine and cocktails for sale and a nightly happy hour with wine and cheese for guests. The pool is clean and comfortable. The room was exactly what we needed. The bed was so comfortable I even asked them for the brand of mattress so that we could get our own! Medium firmness and extra wide. The proximity to everything can't be beat either. You can walk or ride a bike easily to anywhere you'd want to go in Cocoa Beach area, and driving anywhere else is a snap. You're also right on the beach, and I mean right on the beach. Hotel also felt very secure. 10 of 10 will stay again!

I very much enjoyed my stay!! Staff & everyone I met were so gracious, helpful & went out of their way to make my stay superb!! What a wonderful hidden treasure this hotel is!! I’ll be back soon!!

Very close to the beach. The beach was very clean and relaxing. Not too crowded plus we had beach chairs, towels, and umbrella compliments of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again. The folks were friendly and the front desk clerk (Liz) was amazing

Smooth check-in Michael was fantastic explaining everything as he took us on a tour of the grounds. Rooms are clean and well decorated

This hotel/inn was a real surprise. It is an older establishment but it has old charm! The rooms are no frill, but the inn has a lot to offer. Plus it is right next to the beach. Great find.

This is a nice property with a good breakfast and spacious room. The decor is outdated but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Quiet nice atmosphere, tasty breakfast, beach chairs and happy hour- this place is amazing if you want to relax on the beach without kids

It was a nice quiet day I went to the beach hung out had cheese and wine in there dining hall and then also had a great breakfast beautiful brooms cleanliness superb
