This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This is the first year the hotel offered breakfast, which was a typical variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The staff has always been so very warm and friendly. There are several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as it is on the outskirts of the University csmpus. It is an excellent property and very reasonably priced.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at the Parkview. The hotel was terrific, the staff kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the little park in front of the hotel. I was impressed (and happy) with how clean the room & bathroom were. The complimentary breakfast was very nice & filling with many options. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Syracuse!!

Sadly, this wasn’t the “old world” charm I expected & didn’t live up to prior reviews. The young lady at the front desk was lovely & helpful. The hotel is very old and not in a good way. The price is not commensurate with the condition of the facility.

We had a lovely stay at the Parkview Hotel. The place was very clean and orderly, our room also very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was a problem with the toilet, which we were able to deal with. The breakfast room was very nice and the offerings were fine.

This was a nice hotel nestled amoung university and hospital setting. A bit of a challenge to get to the parking behind the hotel (tiny alley between two building) but was a good place to stay two days. We would go back.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel within walking distance of the hospital. My family stayed here to be close to a family member who was having surgery. The hotel staff were so kind. The (included) breakfast was great and there is free parking behind the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of this hotel. We weren't sure what to expect but the hotel was charming and the double beds weren't too small. The two small complaints have to do with the quality of some of the towels - original towels were as threadbare and scratchy as a scouring pad but replacements were plush. Breakfast is excellent with several types of eggs but could definitely have more - i.e. sausages, ham and/or potatoes. We would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Syracuse!

The room is set up very well. I appreciate that basic amenities are there - a light on each side of the bed, a good task chair for the desk, another comfortable chair for sitting. We did have to ask for an additional blanket, but it was available. That is one thing that has been a problem in previous visits as well. The breakfast could include more protein sources like meat and yoghurt. The desk attendant, Michaela, was very nice and efficient.
