This is a fantastic boutique hotel in Manhattan. We have never had such a spacious room in Manhattan. The room was large and clean, with a little fridge and counter space which was super convenient to have. The front desk staff were helpful and profesionnal.

Good property in Murray hill neighborhood convenient to most things to do and see in NYC. Great walking neighborhood. Room interior could use redo- ie paint. Bathroom fine. Did VIP upgrade- couldn’t tell what was better in this room.

We were very happy with Sonesta/Shelborne, the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel looked very clean. The food at restaurant was delicious. The rooftop bar was gorgeous. We didn't meet one staff that didn't make us at home.

Like - the entire staff were very pleasant, friendly & helpful. We enjoyed both restaurants in the hotel, Vintage Green & Take Care. The atmosphere, servers, food and drinks were exceptional!
Not Like - the room was comfortable but a bit stuffy in the evening. We had to sleep with the window opened 3 of the 4 nights whike we were there. Also, the bathroom, however spacious, needed something to place our toiletries on. The shower design was challenging as the water kept running over all over the floor.
