Great and safe location, kind and helpful receptionist. clean place, never wait bathrooms. The thing that I do not like maid did not change the bed sheet and pillow sheet from the previous guest. As I can see lots of somebody hairs on the pillow sheet.

The room was great, for a single bedroom with comfy bed, water sink, wardrobe, refrigerator & a desk. Although, there was no air conditioner, only a fan, so the ventilation was not that comfortable, and a bit too warm. Very clean showers & restrooms. Great location, a few block from Union Square & good surroundings & safe. Room cleaning only once a week, so no use during my 5 nights stay. Good price. Friendly staffs. Overall an enjoyable stay, would be great with air conditioner.

Okay for business trip. It has 24-hour reception. The room, toilet, and shower are clean. Towel, soap and shampoo are provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste can be purchased for $3.
