This hotel in Fells Point is amazing. It is within walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants. It’s also right on the Baltimore Harbor.

Beautifully restored older building in the heart of Fells Point. Rooms were very nicely appointed and very comfortable. The lobby smelled so good and loved having the coffee bar available in the morning! Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Fabulous stay - we were able to check in early if we were okay with a ground floor room. The concierge, Sparkle, was absolutely lovely! Only complaint was that we were only provided one roll of toilet paper and didn’t realize until it was all used up at 4 am. Otherwise, no complaints!

I was checking in rather early than welcome was great and they immediately got me to my room with an upgrade and I’m very happy of course
Would have given five stars but there was no hot water. It was only a one day stay and I didn’t realize this until shower time in the morning of departure.

Their website listed valet parking and there was none.
When we got to the room it was freezing cold. There was no digital thermostat and were told the heat will come on intermittently. We ended up going right downstairs and informing them that we could not stay there and left.
There was one woman at the front desk that seemed to be doing everything. She was very nice, but only one person. I expected to see more staff present and assisting guests. The room temperature comfort and lack of heat was very surprising since the hotel just recently was remodeled and opened.
Again, just very surprised for Hilton that it was not staffed better and the experience was not elevated for the property location.
