The property and unit were clean and well maintained. The unit was as advertised, with close proximity to the Village, ample parking and access to free public transportation. All of the resort staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable vacation rental.

Had a reservation at a one bedroom condo with the couch, kitchen, and fireplace. When we arrived I had to wait an hour to even get a hotel room at a whole different place! There was just a king bed and bath only. The ceiling fan made a terrible noise. This service was terrible.

Very nice accommodations - clean, well kept, spacious. Walking distance to all Beaver Creek activities and restaurants. Was here in the late summer so can't speak for skiing specifically but it did look like they had easy to access lockers for ski gear. Excellent front desk and customer service. I lost a ring down the sink and they helped retrieve it!

How Townsend Place received an average rating of 4.4 is a mystery. Our unit was musty, the carpets were worn and dirty, mold was present in the tub/shower, no air conditioning, and the spiral stairs to the second level cracked and shook when used-not a safe situation. Due to the village bus passing right outside the windows, it was very noisy at night until the bus stopped running at midnight. Since there was no air conditioning, closing the windows was not ideal, but the only solution to getting some quiet time for sleeping. When Checking in, we were given keys, but they were useless- the door requires a 4 digit code to punch in to a key pad. We had to call the front desk, located in a building almost a mile away, and learned that they'd forgotten to give is the code to the door-no apologies. The area itself around the village is beautiful, and we made the best of the situation, but would never go there again, and do not recommend staying there.

We loved everything about our stay here. From the minute we collected the keys to stepping in to our apartment. It was the perfect size and distance for a family of 2 adults and 2 children (6yrs and 4 yrs). Communication and assistance with any questions was excellent. Beaver Creek simply stunning and a must for families. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommending this to our friends.

the unit is old, need update for the price that you paid I think the owner have more than enough to do it. It's very well located close to Centennial. It's not include daily cleaning but is OK. The second bedroom is upstairs and have a spiral stair, a little inconvenient. The bathrooms and kitchen are original from the 1970. The view is good. Needs a lot of updates: kitchen, bathrooms, and mattress!!! I will consider to stay again if they lower the price or update the unit.

This condo (B-202) was nicer than I expected for what I paid. Very comfortable and roomy, 2 full bathrooms in a one bedroom place, walk in closet/bathroom in King Bed room, nice deck, mostly good kitchen (old stove but new everything else), lighting was very nice, lots of sitting area, and had a grill outside that we used. Easily accessed to get to in our car, with a ski in road, or a shuttle if you preferred, we actually walked up to the base area (2 blocks I our ski boots), but you can ski down to a lift if you can find the ski road. The hot tub was a little bit cool, and the overnight parking was a huge pain (off site for 2nd car) if you have more than one car in your group. The wireless didn't work very well, and the check in/check out is off site at the welcome gate/center, but not such a big deal if you're prepared.

Townsend Place is listed as ski in/ski out, but this early in the season the lift you'd use was not open. However, we just walked to the end of the driveway and picked up a bus to the bottom of the ski slopes, 2 minute ride, maximum of 15 minute wait. Likewise for coming back at lunchtime. Our unit was perfect - clean, well appointed, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, convenient laundry facilities for drying off gloves, etc. Wal-Mart is 5 minutes down the road. Beds were very comfortable, and maid service came in every other day to make beds, empty trash and change towels. We only saw check-in staff when we checked in and out, you do that at the Visitor Center just as you enter Beaver Creek village, but they were very friendly and helpful. Townsend Place is a 5 minute walk, if even that, from Beaver Creek village center, where there are loads of restaurants, an ice skating rink, etc. Would highly recommend this - we're wanting to come back in the summer, as well as next snow season too.
