Toilet too low to floor and grab bars too high. Why can't hotels have chair hight toilets? Bed very hard. Charge you a $60 key deposit.

They were very friendly and helpful I like the people there I will stay there anytime. And very clean

Electrical box was hanging out of the wall. Tools were left on the counter. Fixtures on the toilet seat. Dirty towels on the floor. Room smelled like marijuana

It was dirty, nasty. There were holes drilled in the door to the room, everything was broken including the shower and phone. It was FILTHY! Extremely filthy! The "food" they served was dirty with bugs in it and the vending machine for the drinks was covered in mold. It has never been cleaned.

The front desk person was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to find a solution to our concerns. That said, this place has seen better days. It sure doesn't look like the photos online and the folks hanging around seemed like they had also seen better days. We are generally not fussy about the motel vibe, but this location was not somewhere we could see ourselves staying for the five nights we booked and we ended up cancelling our stay. Sorry for the bad review, Travelodge Norman, but it's probably time for a little refresh.

The $60 deposit was never reimbursed

We had two rooms they both had cleanliness issues. The counters were dirty towels had hair in them. The floor was dirty one of the rooms. The air conditioner did not work.

Not going to trust online sites from here on. The room i booked i thought had a large tub as in the pictures. Nope thats apparently just a normal room. Room had issues and had to change rooms within the first hour because the fridge didn't work. Disappointing overall

Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and fresh. Very good price.

Nothing worked the pictures were not Of the same hotel I asked for a refund and was told no. And asked To leave

The room was clean but had no microwave. Also no more continental breakfast was served! There was a tornado warnings out & when ask the front desk what to do, she said go to Wal-mart!

We were put off by the conditions of the motel before we ever stepped foot in our room. Our accommodations requested were not met (a non-smoking room); we were told if the smells were too strong, they would provide air freshening spray for the curtains and bed linens. When we opened the door to our room, the odor was unbearable. We only stayed in the room for five minutes, and that was to open our phone and make reservations in another hotel. Both my husband and I walked away with a headache for the rest of the day due to the odor. Our clothes and bags smelled from the five minutes we stayed in the room with the door open. Also, the toilet was running the entire five minutes we were in the room; the bath tub had what appeared to be cigarette burn marks all along the edge. When I checked out of the room, albeit ten minutes after checking in to the room, the staff at the front desk offered us a non-smoking double, which again was not our requested accommodation. It was deplorable. I am requesting a refund immediately from Hotels.com. Please remove this location from your site. I have stayed in hotels across the country and internationally, and I cannot imagine anyone wishing to stay at this location.
