Love the layout of the place. Nice and clean. Should have had a tv in each room due to the fact that there is a time set for watching tv in common area.If shared space is in use there is nothing to entain your guests while your visiting. Property was cold but they did have heaters in room. Camera in common and hallway felt intrusive but very nice . Check in at anytime was great. Communication was good..

Be sure you read over the details and have your expectations in the right spot for this property. Overall, it was clean and well organized. Think hostel without a front desk. It is a guest house similar to the set up I've experienced in South Korea.
We were the only ones in the lower level so it was quiet, but I'm not sure what it would be like with other people. The kitchen did have a variety of pans and plates, but not too many.
1) GPS and Parking:
The pin from the app took me to an alley. It was one street off.
It has street parking -- isn't on the property, but at the property. Free, but first come first serve.
2) Contact the property before you arrive. I was expecting an email with specify arrival instructions, but that did not happen until I called.
We made it work for us, but it wasn't exactly what we expected.

Yesterday I stayed there. I arrived at 6 to check myself out and when I returned there were boys smoking. The house was full of smoke and a boy came out with a gun. I had to leave the place at 4 in the morning. It's a terrible service. There's no one to see who enters or register them. If they don't carry anything illegal. I was left with a bad service and I want my money back

This accommodation was beautiful but several factors impacted my stay. I understand the unit I booked had shared facilities. Still, there were dishes in the sink on my arrival, and my socks became dirty attempting to follow the no shoes in the accommodation rule that the other three guests did not follow. The bathroom had visible grime/water marks/black marks across the tile in and out of the shower. I had to wear shoes in the bathroom due to the lack of cleanliness. The light fixture had a loose base detached from the ceiling above the sink. Then, the plastic face of the shower head came undone and fell on me during my first shower, and had to be repaired.
The location is phenomenally beautiful!!! You're just 10 minutes from the green line, and several major north bound buses arrive just 3 minutes from the front door.
I'd return again if the bathroom could be cleaned by staff more frequently and all fixtures were repaired.

the guest house is no of a series of attached houses. the room was spartan. no soap, or any other amenity. the shower door would not stay closed. the room was clean and roomy.
the owners, nor anyone else to talk to , are not there. they are remotely handing the place.
because of this they send the lock information the day before they stay. would have liked to know this earlier.

It’s basically a house line air bnb. Middle floor with 3 rooms for different guests. My bedroom at first appeared fine until I lifted the blanket and found dirt and blood stain on the sheet. The floor was incredibly dirty. Very little amenities. Creaky floors and no level of comfort at all. It felt like a old hostel for back packers.
