Being a Florida resident we go to Disney often and have stayed in almost every nice hotel both on Disney property and off. After we found the Waldorf we haven't stayed anywhere else. It's perfect. We love the hotel, the grounds, the dining etc. It's also considered a Disney hotel so you get to go early to the parks and they have convenient and free shuttles to take you to the parks or Disney Springs. Also it's newly renovated (not that it was needed) and they did a wonderful job with the refresh!

The perfect hotel in every respect- beautiful, superb service and customer experience, the attention to detail, perfection! We are so very glad we chose it for our family vacation. Best memories made at this wonderful hotel, and we will for sure return. It’s in a class of its own, true to the name.

Best service I’ve ever received from a resort. Only thing I didn’t like was there’s no walking options for Disney Springs. That has nothing to do with the resort itself. There’s literally no sidewalks along the way. May be a safety thing to keep tourist off the roads. Other than that, stay here was one is the best decisions I made in Orlando. Shout out to Anthony at the front desk!!
