We stay here a lot when leaving from Love field on an early flight as we live almost 2 hours away. We call it the stripper hotel as there are quite a few strip clubs in the area. Good part is I feel my car is safe and it’s a quick drive to love field for those early morning flights.

This s my favorite hotel I like to stay at everytime I am in Dallas. Great comfort, friendly staff and the breakfast menu is always good.

Near the freeway which gives good access for drives into the city and Dallas all around.
I wish they had more sidewalk access.

The room was fine. Shower and water pressure were great. Outside the building looked aged. The front desk qhen we arrived was not overly friendly but wasnt rude just quiet. We checked in easy and got our room keys. Everything was fine until the evening of our first night. We stayed 2 nights total. The first evening the smell of cigarettes was so strong in our room all of a sudden especially in the bathroom. Then all night it smelled like stale smoke in the room and we had a non smoking room because neither of us smoke. The next day it stopped for the morning but as the day went on it came back. My hisband went up and complained and all he was told was im sorry and its a no smoking facility that maybe it was the ac because others had complained. It continued to be strong dor about 30 minutes and all of a sudden the smell was gone. Im not sure qho was amoking or where but it was awful. We even looked outside and their was nobody standing outside our room either. Very odd and didnt do anything to really help us out or even offer us another room. It seemed as if they may have known where or who it was since it did finally stop. Our stuff smelled of stale smoke. Awful. Room itself was as advertised and good.

Shuttle service stopped at 10. I was the only person on the shuttle (car). Front desk person called to be sure I was coming. Same person checked me in. Could use a lesson or 2 in customer service/hospitality. Not friendly. No nonsense.

We had a room that had a couch and two footstools. They were absolutely gross and stained. We were scared to even sit on them for other than that.

It was a clean and conveniently close to Love Field. Our flight was canceled forcing an overnight stay. The front desk was very helpful and efficiently checked us in. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable after such a frustrating day.

I sent one message and never received an answer. We were not able to make it to our hotel. Our flight was delayed until way late. We ended up staying in Denver at another Wyndham. When I called at 6:00 pm, I was told the lady there could only check people in or out. She could do nothing and to call back in the morning. She was hard to understand and said she was the only one I could talk too.

Well we traveled 440 miles and was hoping for a clean quiet room but instead was given a room on the 3rd floor closest to the freeway which was extremely noisy. The tub drain was slow so you stood in your water to shower. The toilet paper roll bar fell off on first use which was extremely far from the toilet. When I was checking out; I was going to report the slow drain, the toilet that needed a good scrubbing and other problems with the room but no one was at the front desk when I checked out. If you want to save money and drink a 6 pack of beer to overlook what needs to be cleaned; this is your place! We go to numerous cancer appointments at UT Southwestern and check out the various hotels. So far Home2Suites is the cleanest off Harry Hines. Plan to check out others. Hope they are ready for the reviews.

Everything was fine except for the fitness center. They had three different exercise machines and none of them worked. The elliptical machine did not work. The treadmill did not work. And, the stationary bike did not work because the straps for the pedals were both broken.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

2 people in room and only 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels; bathroom sink does not drain properly, fills up sink when brushing teeth then drains once you turn water off; bathtub drain does not close and water drains out while you are taking bath; hotel toiletries were used and almost empty
