Loved the pool. Not impressed with the staff when I asked to get an extra sheet, he told me they can’t provide any extra sheet and can only give a blanket. There’s no fridge to save your kids milk in and if you remove anything from the fridge more than 30 sec, they will charge you for it.

The property had always been my favorite, elegant easy walking to casinos shopping and restaurants however I provided both paid receipts from Orbitz and I was charged again twice

My stay at the Wynn was excellent. This was my second time staying at the Wynn and the experience was great both times. They continue to be the bar the other hotels strive to reach.

Sinatra’s, a staple for my family has never disappointed. Gabriele a total pro! Great service. The only place in Vegas where two can spend $500 for dinner and he glad they did! We sure did. Excellent!
Delilah was awesome.
Allegro left a lot to be desired, unlike the last 7 years we have eaten there. Blah flavor profiles. Not chef Enzo like. If I need to salt the dish something is way off. Maybe a bad night. Staff was fantastic. Ms. Kapua was a delight. Attentive, pleasant, polite. Promote her!!!
Awakening was a sensory overload of delight, light, special effects, beautiful people in fantastical costumes. Well done! Better than La Reve of yesteryear.

This is.a great hotell with top notch service , spacious well appointed rooms , plenty of dining choices and very well equipped gym and nice pool area. It is pricey but in this case, well worth it !

My recent visit to the Wynn Hotel on Easter Sunday was deeply disappointing and left me both humiliated and concerned. While standing in line for the buffet, I was unexpectedly approached and targeted by hotel security. I was publicly questioned without any proper identification or explanation, and it was suggested that I resembled someone suspicious of a crime. The encounter was abrupt, embarrassing, and entirely without cause.
What’s most troubling is not only the way the situation was handled, but the silence that has followed. Despite making multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I have yet to receive a direct response or explanation from hotel management or upper leadership. No one has taken the time to offer a phone call or acknowledge the emotional and reputational impact this incident has had on me.
In a hotel that presents itself as a premier luxury destination, I expected professionalism, discretion, and accountability. Instead, I was left questioning whether facial recognition was improperly used, whether my personal information is now part of a database without consent, and why I was not treated with the respect that every guest deserves.
