The staff members are very nice, is just the condition of the room is deteriorating, especially the shower floor. The shower head doesn’t have much water coming out. But I still give 5 stars because the manager was willing to give me a free room upgrade.

This is a great location if you want to be in the middle of long night revelrie. It is also in the centre of thongs during the day. There is a lot of inescapable noise at night but if you are a party person that won't becan issue. My room was not clean. The bed was immaculate but the floors and walls need a clean. For instance, I dropped some drops of water on the ground when transferring water from one bottle to another and wiped the drops with s tissue - the floor boards had obviously not been cleaned for a while. The place is old and battered. The shower is cold which you don''t mind in the extreme heat. On the other hand, it is cheap for a good location.

Well I had giving this property 5 stars, but Im considering other hotel, this place is hard to sleep due to noises around 3am. The bathroom floor was damaged. The staffs are good people.

I read the reviews yet booked a yway thinking "these guys should have read abour the walking street first. I thought i knew what i was getting into. I booked the panoramic sound proof room with a king sized bed. The bed was a queen and the room was NOT soundproof, but there was a panoramic view. Music on the walking street doesn't stop until 5am at the earliest, and it is loud. So if your in your partying years, you may enjoy this place. We checked out after the 2nd night.

Extremely noisy (unable to sleeo at night) and never had my room cleaned / towels changed for the whple stay (4 nights). I did not mention it to the staff because I was on holiday and not there to waste time complaining, however, it would not be fair not to mention this.

Good staff are friendly and helpful. Location good easy access to the ben thanh market and Saigon shopping area and also nr to the MacDonald for a quick meal

Lots of things to do in the area, all very walkable & the staff is great. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel if you’re planning on sleeping, extremely loud outside which bleeds through the walls.

got there late around 11 pm after a long flight only to find out they had sold our room to someone else. they tried to tell me that orbitz booked a new room for us at one of there sister hotels down the street that was a complete dump and told us we had to stay there. i refused to go there and had to argue with the manager for 30 minutes to give me my money back. finally was able to get all my money back in cash and walked out.. just beware if your going to book this hotel they may not have a room for you when you get there.. i would recommend walking 3 minutes down the street and stay at alien garden hotel brand new renovation to all the rooms extremely friendly staff and was the same exact price

Very good location in back packers area. Lot of pubs and restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. They messed up our booking and gave us temporary accommodation in the next door hotel which was very bad. Overall a good deal.
