The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and happy, from the hotel to the Dalat night market and the convenient Xuan Huong Lake. My family is very satisfied with this hotel. If I visit Dalat again, I will still stay at this sn5 guest. great!

My friend lost 1 jacket and 1 watch. Everything bth until 1 day before check out, my friend called the housekeeping. Then found out lost objects. But because the value was not great, we chose to be silent. But this made us very dissatisfied.

The hotel is close to the center, walking distance of 200m, the receptionist and the hotel owner are also very cute and enthusiastic. I checked in at 4 am The hotel was also very happy and supported me wholeheartedly. If I go back, I'll be here !!

I booked a room with 3 beds but the room was very small, smaller than the double room, it was just one extra bed, not the same as in the picture. Poor service attitude. Next time will not stop.

The boss was very enthusiastic, due to the unexpected situation, so I took the car to Da Lat earlier than expected. 3:30 am to Dalat. The boss came to the door and waited. There is a very cute receptionist girl. Consulting, enthusiastic introduction. Do not know what to say. Glad for the wonderful and memorable trip.

The hotel owner was very enthusiastic, I booked a room and arrived at 4:00 am, he still welcomed me properly. Very clean rooms, very ok with the price. Especially the hotel is close to the night market so it is very convenient for eating :))
