Booking a room at the hotel is the perfect choice for the trip. Convenient location to visit attractions. Enthusiastic hotel staff, attentive customer care. Beautiful, clean room with a beautiful sea view. Delicious breakfast with a variety of dishes. You can leave your luggage waiting for check-in time. After checking out, you can still leave your luggage at the hotel. This is a great experience for my first time in Da Nang. I will definitely come back to the hotel next time I return to Da Nang.

Thank you Kim an Sophia for taking care of us so well. Both the Guest Relations Officers remembered our names from day one and always helped us every time they saw us. Taking care of our family, asking us where we were traveling next, and giving the best advice. Special mention to the Chef and restaurant team for keeping the breakfast menu fresh and different everyday. We looked forward to delicious new dishes every morning. Would come back to stay again. Highly recommend.

First time in Vietnam and we didn’t have idea of how breakfast buffet would look like, and Balcona has very good mix of western and local food, everything was fresh and tasty. We were on 16th flour with balcon sea view and didn’t hear any noise from the street (which is very lively) There has been some mould in the bathroom due to how bath tub is positioned (with a gap between it and the wall), slight sewage smell from bathroom which we avoided by closing the door overnight. Good size of the pool (I’ve read some reviews on other hotels who commented small sizes), which was something I was looking for for our child to enjoy. Pool is half covered and half not - it was a perfect combination for us. They had beach towels to grab (by reception) which was a very nice and thoughtful touch! Very attentive and responsive staff. Overall this is a very good value for money for someone like us, who spends majority of the time outdoors. If I visit Da Nang again, I’d stay here again.

Overall a good stay because the room was quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet is a strong point with countless choices and good quality food.The only negative points were the balcony being narrow with no chairs and the bathroom shower floor is very slippery during showers and doesn't have a shelf. The staff was professional, and I am going to miss that breakfast buffet.

The room was not clean and we had to request them to change it even then they did not change the bedsheet for us. The floor was not mopped and there was a roll of hair floating around in the room. On the very first floor, there was a rat hanging there.
