Nhận phòng lúc chiều mở máy lạnh cả tiếng đồng hồ bước vô như bị thiêu sống, khách sạn 3 sao mà phải dùng quạt làm mát vì máy lạnh không mát nổi mặc dù xin đổi phòng 5 lần 7 lượt vẫn không được đổi chỉ kêu kỹ thuật xuống bấm bấm remote còn kêu“ đắp mền mà biểu sao không nóng“ cuối cùng cũng không sửa được còn kêu để cho thêm cây quạt. 1 trải nghiệm vô cùng tồi tệ cho lần đầu đến Phú Quốc. Vì thấy đánh giá 8.8 nên book khách sạn này. Sẽ không bao giơ quay lại

Advantages: Staff is quite enthusiastic and friendly, but it does not see mosquitoes in the rainy season, quiet and fresh, large pool. Breakfast has few dishes, so it is okay to eat temporarily, there are delicious dishes that can be used in triple room, quite spacious, clean WC, large beds. Location near the center and between tourist attractions should move smoothly. Minus point: The air conditioner and refrigerator are weak so it is not cool, located in an alley away from the main road and the beach so it is difficult to swim.

The most satisfied point here is the service attitude, the employees are very cute, although there are 2 incidents in the 2 days, but they are always fresh. Go to reception to guide delicious and affordable restaurants. Pool ok, beautiful view, relax. Temporarily accepted breakfast because the resort is small, few dishes but tasting ok. The point of dissatisfaction is far from the beach, and ks are located in the big alley, the 45-seat car cannot enter, so they have to walk to a big road to take the bus, vinperl, and cable car. If you stay at one time, you can choose Hana resort opposite a little more but there is a tram that takes you to nearby places to catch big cars.

The resort is small but very nice (make sure the corner on the picture is also loved). Especially the pool area in the resort, clean water and no fluorine smell. The room is not so excellent, sometimes there will be a case of broken lights, the refrigerator is not cool but clean and pleasant. The biggest plus is that the resort staff is extremely enthusiastic and friendly.
