The front desk staff was so lovely and helpful. We were a short walk from the market, so away from the business and noise but close enough to walk. The rooms were great and clean. Breakfast was fantastic.

The Bonsai Villa was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is close to the shopping district and the breakfasts were amazing. Autumn was very helpful with booking tours, etc. The area this hotel is in, is far away enough from the hustle bustle, but close enough to walk to the markets, tailors, etc.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. You can walk to Ancient Town in 10 minutes. Breakfast was great and the husband and wife owners are very helpful and accomodating (they assisted me when my cell phone broke) I would stay there again in the future

Bonsai Villa is about a 10min walk to the Old Town and we felt safe walking home late in the evening from the Old Town. It’s a family run villa and is a lovely quiet place. The owner is very nice and helpful with all our queries. Lots of large, beautiful bonsai in the garden. Sadly, we have been too busy to utilise the pool, which was very inviting during the hot day.

Bonsai Villa was amazing. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. Set within a beautiful bonsai courtyard, the Villa was a lovely place to stay away from the bustle of the old town.

This hotel is gorgeous. Owners take great pride in keeping the hotel clean and comfortable for their guests. I appreciated the bonsai trees and the work that goes into them. Beautiful! The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was also very delicious and fresh.

The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Check in was fast and cordial. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. As soon as you walk in, you see the beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard and many bonsai trees. The architecture and furnishings are beautiful.
We stayed in the double family suite, which was huge for the three of us.
The hotel is in a great location just down the street from the main road of shops and restaurants.
Overall we just loved the Bonsai Villa and regretted leaving! We will stay again on our next trip, 5 stars are absolutely deserved!

Bonsai Villa was a wonderful to stay and easy walking access to Hoi An Ancient Town. Autumn, who checked us in, explained everything in great detail and made sure that we chose our breakfast items for the next morning. She was very kind and helpful. Our family of four shared one room and we were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An.

This Villa had everything that we needed for our stay, it was across the bridge which we loved for some peace and quiet. The owner had a great attitude and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was ok, but it was good taking everything in consideration! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at beautiful Bonsai Villa. Very clean rooms with very comfortable bed and good breakfast. In a lovely quiet area so you get a good sleep. Only a short walk to the market and Old Town. Plenty of transport options if you don’t want the short walk. We appreciate all their help with recommendations for eating, laundry etc.

This family run hotel is the perfect place to stay in Hoi An. It was quiet and had a great clean swimmimg pool for cooling down in the heat. The beds were great, breakfast was superb. Autumn was very helpful in arranging train trips and tours and local points of interest.
Bottom line, this would be my hotel of choise if I ever returned.

The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool is nice and the outside area is lovely. Room is nice and spacious and generally quite clean although towels have been grubby. Breakfast is good, you choose the night before what you want. Location is good and just a short walk to the market. It’s also great that they let you use the bikes.

You will not find a more aestheically pleasing place to stay in Hoi An. It's filled with gorgeous bonsais, a koi pond, and wonderful singing birds (caged). The decor is tastefil, modern and comfortable. Everything is in excellent repair and kept spotless.
Autumn, the owner, is welcoming and kind and speaks great English. Great breakfasts too as well as bicycles for free use. I found it calm and restful and much needed after walking around in the bustle if old town all day. Bonsai is on the very non-touristy island of Cam Nam, yet only a 7 minute walk from the central market and the old City. You won't regret staying here!

absolutely superb stay at this lovely quaint location. Autumn and her family , including her beautiful 3 year old daughter and 3 adorable chiwawawas , made us feel so so welcome. couldn't fault anything at all and so central to old town.
We left early as hadn't realised it was winter and still rainy season but nothing to do with hotel or staff. thru were faultless. we will definitely be returning .
The bonsai trees outside were out of this world as were the other small additions and I couldn't recommend highly enough.
as for any trips etc autumn organised all this for us and couldn't have helped more.
thank you so much for a great stay xxxx
