I want to put a nice review here u fortunately i come here on 25-27 May 23 and extra booking from Traveloka from 27-28 May, peak period and bad experience:
Good:
1. Pools are nice and many options for kids
2. Nice bell staffs and the front desk staff supported me in the morning on 27 may.
Bad:
1. Morning of 27 when i need to check out and recheckin . Take so long to wait for buggy to pick up, too busy and some buggy dont stop when i wave .
2. I called the reservation staff to ask for the connecting my booking. They said no I understand but then when i came down to say bout buggy issue on morning 27 may. Front desk asked me if i want to stay in same room , and that time i got all suitcases ready to check out to recheck in.
3. Food issue, my colleague got breakfast on 27 may eventually find a fly in the pho after she nearly finish the meal
4, i got early check in on 27 may as FO staff offered me . Thanks to them but one of the key didn’t work for when i got out to to to the pool. I got no phone with me that time. Asked 3 bell staffs to help, the sent messages to their group chat 2 twice. No one came. I had to go to check in hall A . Met a FO manager i think , a lady i was upset but i told her issue, i didnt hear any apology given. Well from the higher management team, I totally have huge idea different. I decided to put my complain here.

Because I went on a weekday, everything was ok, the staff were friendly and supportive, the service for children was very good, the only thing was that this place couldn't be bathed, which is a shame, but overall it's great.

The resort is beautiful, the campus is large, so the staff can't work in time so sometimes it's a bit slow. Enthusiastic and fun electric car driver.

The resort is very ok. Come here to relax and have fun. clean air . I like it so much . Been here twice in 1 year. And still want to come a third time. However, it is necessary to suggest that the cleaning and cleaning of hotel bedrooms should be more thorough

In addition to the fact that the beach in front of the resort is not bathed and the location is a bit far from the center area, everything is very good. nice, clean, spacious room, nice clean campus, very friendly staff. Especially the resort has a swimming pool that children love

Suitable for family! There is a children's play area, but the deluxe room shares a door, so you can still hear the conversation in the next room, limiting the privacy of breakfast food to a temporary level.
