The host was very hospital, friendly and helpful. The facilities was new, clean and morden. The hotel is best located in central area and close to the beach within a 5 minute walk. We were allowed to check-out with a very reasonable additional fee. We are really satisfied and fully enjoyed our stay in Chau Tran. Absolutely loved the place and will be back for sure. Thanks Chau Tran again!

Friendly staff, ok but when checking in, the bed sheet had some dirty stains, I don't know if it was because the hotel didn't clean it well or the stains were hard to remove, so I was happy, the bathroom was quite smelly. Everything else was fine.

First and last time. The room smelled of sewer very foul. Every time I open the door to the room, I have to stand outside for a few minutes before entering. The room was very stuffy and not airy. Phong doesn't have any soundproofing het. Very noisy. In particular, we were going to get up early to go play, who woke up without a drop of water. Had to call down to the front desk to pump water. I apologize for this inconvenience. Since the hotel allows guests to borrow the kitchen to cook with steaming food, it is difficult to avoid this situation, hope you understand, this is inside. ksan also does not charge guests, but only free support to facilitate customers to freely cook seafood according to their preferences, reducing costs for customers, you guys think so. I also blame ksan. ksan would like to sincerely thank you for your comments, ksan side will try to fix this situation to reduce the smell of food coming into the room.
