The hotel was clean, and the staff were enthusiastic and attentive.

The hotel is very nice and clean, that's the first impression. When I entered the room, it was ok, but the toilet water was weak, sometimes the shower didn't come out even though it was on. There was no hot mode. There was no comb, there were no 2 bottles of mineral water for guests, and there was no motorbike rental. If I come back to Bac Lieu again, I will avoid this hotel. The room rate of 350k is more expensive than the hotels next door, which is only 200k.

The bed is spacious, but the room smells a bit musty, there is no refrigerator, no dining table, only 1 recliner and 1 round wooden chair and 1 long shelf for TV, kettle and hair dryer The service is acceptable: there is hot and cold water but the facilities are not clean The room is not soundproof In return, the staff is polite and friendly

The ground floor room is damp and very smelly.

The hotel is located near Hung Vuong Square, easy to get around, near Ward 1 market, clean and airy, enthusiastic reception. The room is small, not too spacious, 2 adults can stay comfortably. The minus point is that the TV and fan cannot be used, the room only has 1 small towel and lacks a clothes hanger, the bathroom is clean but there is no toothbrush and shampoo, only a comb and a small bottle of shower gel

Sàn toilet dơ, đọng nước, nước yếu, phòng có muỗi, đèn ngủ hư, đèn ngủ đen thôi thòng từ trên trần xuống gần đầu giường nhìn chướng mắt, ổ cắm điện ngay dưới cái đèn ngủ nên có thể đụng đầu nếu không để ý giường quá thấp lại ở tầng trệt nên cảm giác lạnh ẩm khá khó chịu

Peaceful place to stay. Service and accommodation are just fine. The price is a little bit high.

Phòng rất đẹp, hợp lý với giá tiền. Tuy nhiên có điều cần góp ý với Homestay là cần check lại hệ thống nước ở nhà vệ sinh chưa được ổn lắm nhưng chung quy lại từ nhân viên đến phòng ốc rất ổn.

Nhà nghỉ quá cũ và bẩn. Vì vậy khách của công ty đã hủy không ở đây để chuyển đi khách sạn khác (đã làm việc với chủ nhà nghỉ trước khí chuyển đi)

I went on the occasion that there was a funeral near the Homestay, so it was a bit noisy. The toilet door was broken and didn't close tightly. The rest is very ok, the staff is lovely, the room is clean and beautiful. The garden and common spaces are beautiful.

2 Staff members are very enthusiastic

When I arrived at the hotel, I said that I had not received a reservation, so I did not have the room I booked but arranged a very dirty temporary room and did not know when the booked room would be available. I looked for another hotel outside and checked out, then the receptionist said to wait 15 minutes to have a room!!! But I disagree because the room is dirty, I don't dare to lie on the bed! The hotel collects 150,000VND for that temporary room fee!!! A bad and disappointing experience that I have never had before when booking with Booking.com.
