Everything at the hotel is very good, the staff is enthusiastic and cheerful, the security guards are friendly. Only the bedroom floor is not very clean, and the air conditioner is a bit hot.

The hotel room is right next to Ha Long market, so it's very convenient to go out for snacks around the market. The security guard and staff are all enthusiastic. The room smells a bit damp and has a direct view to the neighbor's balcony behind the house, so the curtains can't be opened.

The hotel is quite good, the reception is friendly, the room is nice. I really like it because I have both a kettle and a dryer. One point I don't like is that my room has a door to the next room even though the lock is still visible. Overall I am quite satisfied with city bay hotel
