The second time I stayed at this private lodge. Great experience of local culture and landscape still. The food was great. Lovely staff. We have a bit difficulty in communication coz they cannot speak English. Anyway, google was able to help

It was the most romantic and comfortable stay of our tour to Northern Vietnam. The Lodge is a hidden charm in a quiet village, just one kilometer from the Highway 4C. An authentic rammed earth architecture, yet very well equipped with almost all facilities we need: comfortable beds, bathroom with bathtub, wooden floor and spectacular view. The dinner was special with local dishes. Top quality espresso coffee in the morning. The staff were so nice.

The power system is not guaranteed, the day I stay in power is short, the wire is used with less flammable type. The quality of service is not correct for the price, the room is blocked with lavabo water, the lamp is broken. Soundproof rooms are very poor, the rooms next to them are very small but can be heard.

I booked a room like that. But not in the room like that, pushing through the homestay is not in daolodge. Bao was out of room but when I checked again, there was room and told me there were 11 guests. Losing the money to book a room but not staying like that feels bad.
