The entire hotel was clean. The owners are friendly, always making us feel warmly welcomed. The free breakfast was god tier, with fresh, sweet fruits and fresh, warm, and tasty coffee and tea. Food can rival the next-door restaurant.

I just finished 2 days 1 night here. The homestay is right next to Tam Coc pier, the room is very spacious, clean, airy, the bathroom is also very spacious. The owner doesn't have 10 VND but. We experienced the free breakfast buffet at the homestay, the crab vermicelli soup she cooked was very delicious, after the fruit she even squeezed orange juice for us to drink. Overall it was great. Will come back next time. Everyone should visit.

The rooms are very clean and cool. The bathroom is also spacious, with a high-capacity dryer that is very comfortable to use. The hallway has chairs and very pretty yellow lights. The owner is also very enthusiastic and hospitable, willing to lend the kitchen for free use, we can still cook noodles late at night. When going out, she also suggests places and asks for directions. Around the hotel, there are both countryside and entertainment areas very close by, so you can experience the feeling of wandering around the village in the morning and partying at night without fear of not being able to return home. In addition, the hotel also rents motorbikes at very reasonable prices. In general, for the price, it's great, if anything, the room only has 1 white light (the bathroom is also a white light), so it feels a bit unromantic if you go with your lover, if you want to be romantic, turn off the lights and it's beautiful. :))

A good choice for my first time in Ninh Binh. The room is very clean, the owners are extremely cute, the price is reasonable and there is also free breakfast.
