EMM Hotel Saigon

I don't know how to say thanks enough to all the staff in the Êem hotel. Thank you for everything you have done for my family. The hotel staff performed their duties with care and paid attention to the elderly people. I had trouble with my booking as the hotel was fully booked. That's why I have to move to the other room for my last 2 days' stay. However, the management and staff have managed for my family to stay in the same room as they worried about my parents climbing over the bath when they have a shower. All the staff are great, I like them very much, from the front desk to the housekeeping, the restaurant staff, the security... who are very polite, helpful, and friendly. The hotel location is good, it's in a safe area. There are a few famous restaurants around the block, such as Pho Hoa and Út Ca Mau seafood and the vegetarian restaurant as well. I stayed in room 604 with 2 good-sized bedrooms. The room is clean, with fresh air and large windows. Beds are comfy guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfast is a good variety with menu changes daily. The bonus point is that the hotel has a self-laundry where we can do washing and drying our clothes, so we just pack light.. Overall we are very satisfied and happy to spend 8 days total in Êem hotel. We don't hesitate to recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

My go to location for overstaying in Ho Chi Minh City. Friendly staff and very good value for money. The apartment is maintained in good condition and on high floor, which is quiet. Will come back for sure.
