My wife and I had a great vacation. The hotel let me check in early and no surcharge. The receptionist and the hostess were extremely friendly. Room is clean and airy. Breakfast was quite good. I like chicken noodle here the most. The chef is quite cute and enthusiastic. Overall is very comfortable staying here.

The room is not clean. The hotel definition of cleaning is to fold the trash and that's it. But mopping the floor and choosing the toilet is not cleaning.

1. Booked a room for 2 people with a balcony. When checking in, the room with 2 beds did not have a balcony, but the hotel did not notify the problem to change the room until they saw it when they got to the room and they had to ask the hotel again. 2. Drinking 2 bottles of mineral water available in the hotel room will also be charged.

Mình đặt phòng có ban công mà ban công chán lắm, không như hình, ngày đầu nhận phòng sàn bao ướt luôn. mấy ngày sau thì ok. chăn mỏng không đủ ấm nha. Điểm cộng là phòng gần trung tâm, nhân viên nhiệt tình thoải mái. nước nóng tắm rất đã. phòng cũng rộng rãi sạch sẽ ở thoải mái. tiếc cái ban công thôi.

The service was good at affordable price. It ' s a little far from attractions but that ' s not a big problem if you ride motorcycle or car. The main issue I had was with the warm water stream. It surprised me many time with too hot and too cold in the middle of the stream.

The hotel does not have basic amenities for 3 stars that dare to sell 3 stars, I was scammed to book right. The app that wants to sell the room must come and see it, but don't post it upside down to cheat customers. Hope to sell real things with a little heart

1/ Thank you for choosing and using our service.
She booked a room on Traveloka with a standard family double room for 4 guests, 1 night from May 15 to May 16, with a promotional price of 560 thousand VND/room/night. The hotel upgraded her for free to a Deluxe Family room on a high floor with a nice view. The hotel has also provided full amenities in the room for her according to 3-star standard: razor, super speed kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap, hairpin, toothbrush, toothpick cotton, free tea and water in the room... With such a good price compared to the quality of the room and with the full facilities that we provide to you, we think you are satisfied.
2/ She was satisfied, so she booked another night at our hotel (She stayed 1 night according to her booking on traveloka, then she booked directly at the hotel for 1 more night). The hotel was very enthusiastic in serving and providing everything she asked for. So your negative review is something that we are very surprised and you should reconsider.
3/ Our hotel always puts service quality and credibility on top. Specifically, we have received good reviews from many customers who have used our service and come back to us many times. The positive and constructive comments of customers, we always appreciate, listen and constantly improve service quality.
