I booked the wrong time. The shop does not support changing the schedule. No refund. Missing out. There are 2 hundred machines but the shop's service is too bad.

Thank you for your review. There are some issues you have raised here that are not true, I would like to explain to you as follows:
1. You booked a room at 00:15 on August 2 (ie the night of August 1), booked for the night of August 2, then 15 minutes later you arrived and requested to check in. The night of August 1, the hotel was full, so they could not change the date for you to the night of August 1.
2. The hotel has instructed you to make a cancellation request and the hotel will accept the cancellation for free when there is a response from Traveloka. We have waited and even kept the room for you the whole night of August 2 but still did not receive your request. The hotel does not have the right to do it on behalf of the guest.
3. All hotels cannot interfere with the guest's booking, so they cannot cancel for you or pay out of their own pocket for you that night. Because this is a regulation against fraud in business between hotels and booking websites. Thank you for your interest in hotels even though you have had an unsatisfactory experience.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. However, hot water takes a long time to come. The bed sheets have been used before and need to be changed when guests check in. The room is airy and has a balcony so it's not overwhelming.

The main need is to go out so the price here is reasonable.
The location is easy to find, close to the center, close to the place to go.
The toilet area is a bit small but everything like hot water is very ok.
The owner is friendly and cute, before leaving I checked the room with them so I got a satisfactory room, it is worth coming back.
