The hotel is just opposite My Khe Beach, receptionist are friendly and able to communicate with English. Free Airport shuttle pick up service only twice a day which is 10.30am and 3.30pm and required to reserve upfront. Breakfast buffet is good and pretty much variety of food are available. Room is clean and hygiene but disappointed is not directly face the beach.

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides us free shuttle bus transportations from Danang airport to the hotel in the morning through 3pm. You can also use Grab application to get a ride and the cost of one way fee (Airport to the Hotel) is around 80,000 VND ~90,000 VND ($3~$3.5). The hotel’s amenities are excellent too! They have 2 sandals to let customers use at the beaches and pool so you don’t have to bring them from your home. Also we got complimentary soft drink vouchers and we used it for kids! Hotel breakfast buffet has pho station, which is awesome!! The hotel also provides us free afternoon tea services and this is great too!

Nice accommodations. Clean and modern. Well located. Staff is a bit weird as it is obvious that they cater to westerners, which makes for a very boring resort experience. Elevators are extremely slow and a separate service elevator is desperately needed, as you may find yourself face to face with a dripping mop and a blaring radio during your ride in the lift.

Excellent location and amazing view. I enjoyed spending time on the rooftop. Staff members were all helpful and sophisticated. It was unfortunate that noise from construction work right next to the hotel continued until about midnight. Overall, it's a wonderful option to stay in Da Nang.

The location offered beautiful beach views and amazing restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the construction was a nightmare. Work started extremely early—sometimes as early as 4:30 a.m.—and continued late into the evening. It also obstructed the beach view. Had we been warned in advance, I definitely would have chosen a different location. The other issue was housekeeping. We had to ask several times for the room to be cleaned, and on one day, no one came at all. Overall, the lack of communication about the construction and the inconsistent cleaning service were the disappointing factors.

Great location and staff was quick to all my requests. Room was spacious a it was the two bedroom suite. Construction next door but wasn’t too loud. All in all a great place to stay.
