Very clean and helpful staff. No lift for 4th floor rooms. Great breakfast options and rooftop location to eat.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooms very claustrophobic with no outside windows which is not mentioned on the ad. I was first checked-in, in one of these claustrophobic rooms and when I asked to change rooms because of this the manager refused and wanted me to pay extra to be moved rooms. Thankfully Expedia was great and they managed to have me moved to a room with an outside window. Breakfast was terrible, even the coffee was so bad. I only went once and never returned again. Personally, for the price I would not stay here again as I stayed in much better hotels at lower prices.

Friendly and very helpful staff. But my room was extremely small. I could barely turn around in the bathroom. My room had a double and a single bed pushed together on a raised platform that went wall to wall side to side. I had to crawl over the beds and platform to get to the window, room telephone, and chairs (the only sitting space).

It looked better in the pictures but overall we had a good stay. It can use some cleaning.

The rooms are good (a bit small, but common in this area of Hanoi). Includes Breakfast. But the thing that sets this hotel apart from all others is the staff. They talk to you, not at you. They are available to answer any and all questions you have. They all speak English very well. I would give them 6 stars in staff if I could.

Small room, just what I needed. Couldn't have been at a better location for a short visit to Hanoi... The staff was very friendly and I will stay there again when I come back!

Simple, quiet and great location

Room was quiet and clean. Exactly what I needed. Great location amidst the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Staff were very nice.

Staff were lovely and would do anything to assist you. Location was amazing as it’s right in the centre of everything but I was a little surprised / disappointed by the tiny room sizes but being as it is located right in the centre of old town there isn’t a lot of space.

Property was very well situated in old quarter, around corner from the lake, has a circle k nearby, plenty food and cafe options and minutes walk from beer street! Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful, fluent in english. Only let down is the rooms, air con is weak and only powers when room card is inserted taking a while to cool at its best. Was there in June so its hot and humid. Shower was nice and had consistent hot water if needed but drainage was weak. Vanity could do with a refresh but not a problem. Bed was soft and clean, no problems with sleeping other than not enough cooling. Overall its a nice place to stay for the location and price.

Stuff is awesome, but the property condition is average.

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and convenient location. The rooms however are truly TINY and we had trouble fitting two hand-carry sized suitcases in a room for two people. Barely anyroom to move. This is more for budget travelers traveling light.

I loved this property. It was everything I thought it would be. And it was super convenient tonwalk everywhere through Old Quarter. The staff were helpful to give advice on places to go and tours. They give you a things to know guide when you arrive so you keep safe and enjoy your trip. Breakfast is a-la-carte and limited seating so you may have to wait, but it was good food, good service and roof top views. I would definitely stay here again!!

Bathroom is not clean and black mold.

The property needs improvement especially the public restroom on the first floor because it also represent the image of the business. However, the staffs are wonderful and courteous. Breakfast was the best. Thank you!

Right in the middle of Hanoi night market, very convenient and easy to walk around. Food is easy to find. Good location. Hotel room is very small - suitable for single person. No place to put luggage. Hotel can improve cleanliness as I saw a cockroach ran under my bed. Hot shower, nice smelling and soft towels. Breakfast was fantastic and came with room stay - delicious and it is ala carte buffet. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Due to heavy rain, we have been refused by all the taxis and grabs to go the station to take the train which we did not have that much time left. Therefore the staffs helped us a lot and as a consequence offered us a private car under terrible weather.
