A+ location on the edge of the Quarter. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Front-facing balcony was big enough for a haircut, and offered a great view of the street life below, including the famous Hanoi motorbike dance. Bathroom could use a re-make and deep clean; but the bed, linens & pillows were maybe the best of our 2months in Vietnam. Solid value

Room was spacious

Good location and quiet room although no windows on mine. Saw couple of mosquitos flying around when I first checked in. The room got stale and smelly between trips out since they make you keep the room key in the slot to have the A/C working to keep the room ventilated. Overall fine value for money but these hotels should not have 9+ rating out of 10.

Walked everywhere so convenient! Place is older property but do there best . Cleaning staff needs to do a little better around the nightstand area. Old dust and hair found. Entered room on our check out date before we were done (ordered late check out) that was uncomfortable and not appropriate. The purpose was repotting of plants on patio ?! Could have waited until we were gone!

The location is perfect, rooftop breakfast was great, good size room with hot water and good pressure. What impressed me the most was the quality of service. Staff were very warm and friendly and happy to help. Hotel arranged for two day tours, I loved both tours and the quality of service on both tours was fantastic. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Wish it was more varied.

There was no window in our room, which resulted in a damp and musty room, with no ventilation. The room was very small, it was difficult to walk around with the luggage. On the description it says there is a terrace/picnic exterior area, but it is a lie. When I asked about it, they said they meant I could go in the restaurant and open the window. It is quite pricy, worst experience of all our Vietnam trip.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Bathroom was a little small. The room i had had no separate dressing table. There was a mini bar fridge. There's s 2 universal plugs which is a plus point. Breakfast had limited options, but it was alright.

Everything and everyone here exceeding our expectations! Located in the heart of Hanoi we were delighted to learn of the walking street and lake being so close yet far enough to escape the noise .. the staff were simply incredible - especially Hannah and Việt who went above and beyond to help us even after we had left the hotel! Anyone can smile but You know true kindness in times of crisis! They genuinely cared about our safety while we were impacted first by a typhoon disrupting our cruise and later by our Sapa tour stranding us due to a landslide! They checked on us regularly, helped with alternative arrangements. We feel we not only stayed in a hotel but with family - and don’t miss the breakfast - delicious! From both Paul and I, thank you for everything and if management are reading this - please thank Hannah and Việt again for us x

Nice breakfast. Wonderful staff!!! Booked 5 days in Sa Pa with hotel staff. They were extremely helpful. Wonderful location by Hoan Kiem Lake.
