My family and I arrived at this place in the afternoon. We thought we booked a nice place but little that we knew that the service was terrible. On top of bad service they charged us extra for the bad rooms. It is as there is no difference between the standard definition and deluxe or luxury. We wanted to talk to a manager but we were told there is no manager and the owner sometimes come and stays only there for a little bit. Bottom line I will never stay again in a place like this. It is a terrible service. Terrible bathroom

The dark male staff was impolite. The room seems to be dirty but dirty. Dirty tolet. Yellow towel, breakfast is too bad, to wrap nylon look unsanitary, food is cold. Better not to have breakfast, or serve a bowl of beef noodles like other 3-star hotels is better than presenting this type of buffe. Bad.
