A gorgeous hotel. A nice room and lovely grounds and pool. The restaurant and bar were great, serving gorgeous food. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They organized tours for me very quickly. The location is excellent—a minute from the old town and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful river. I loved this hotel and Hoi An so much I extended my stay by 2 nights. Thank you for a great stay 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 7 nights. The room was spacious and clean with great air conditioning and the staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. In particular we were greeted every morning with a beautiful smile from Bell Supervisor - Ong Duc Viet - he was so helpful and his friendly service was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. In a great location just a short walk from the old town.

Close to old town shopping and restaurants. Free hotel bikes were great. Swimming pool was also great.

This was very nice. Easy walk to old town. Good facilities and building. Rooms were a decent size and twin beds available as I was traveling with a sibling. Breakfast was great. Pool was a nice touch because it was very hot during the day. Mostly Australians, European adults and Korean families so good atmosphere without loud family groups we have had in some other areas in Vietnam.
