The newly renovated Hue airport is also very beautiful and majestic.

However, I do not like the behavior of the hotel owner. 1. Nearly 16h00 still have not been checked in because of the reason why the hotel is crowded, the hotel cannot clean up in time. I have to leave my luggage and go to eat and check in at 17:00. 2. Car rental service at the hotel is not good. The price of renting a scooter is 150k / day but the old car and won't eat. 3. In the evening, when I go back to my car, I leave it in front of the hotel, because the trunk of my car is leaving some belongings, so there is no place to store 2 helmets in the trunk, only to fit 1 hat, the other hat hangs at the three stations. . In the morning, the car was moved and lost 1 helmet hanging outside. When I went inside and asked, the receptionist said she only worked the morning shift, so I didn't know, said I should just take one hat from the shelf. My friend took the hat under the observation of the receptionist. But in the evening when I went out to play, the hotel owner blamed me for taking the wrong hat from another guest, so she had to wait for it to be returned and sent to Hoi An for the other guest. I just shared that a helmet that was hanging was lost, but she told me that the car I rented was that I had to take care of all the accompanying equipment and if I lost it, I had to pay. I do not agree because the car is in the hotel yard, but I did not lose it while going out or parking the car elsewhere. I finally found my lost hat in the hotel next door. 4. I stayed 2 nights. The day I came back, I just went to the airport at 14:00, so before I went to breakfast, I told the hotel owner to let me stay for 2 more hours, she said there would be a surcharge. I also agree even though it really doesn't make sense because I had to check in 3 hours late the first day. At the time of payment, the owner reported an surcharge of 150k / 2 hours and the car rental was 2 and a half days. I asked that when I arrived at 16:00, I just picked up the car, but until 14:00 today, it was even 2 days, but why 2 and a half days, the owner said: I forgot to tell us, this car hire requires to pay before 12:00, after 12h00 extra half day. I'm really not satisfied with the way she works because she doesn't notify the customer in advance and always blames the customer. The amount is really not much, but if the owner has a different way of saying it, I will have more sympathy and will not affect my experience in Hue.
