The room is very old, not bright and clean like the photos on the app. As soon as I walked in, I was scared. The wall was painted red orange and had many paint stains. I didn't remember to take a photo because it felt a bit scary. There was still hair on the bed, so I thought it wasn't cleaned properly or worse, they didn't change the pillowcases. In general, my experience is not very good, after reading more feedback above.

Phòng 530k nhưng bé tí, cho vô cái phòng đủ đúng cái giường, không giống trên ảnh. Thái độ nhân viên kém, phòng cũ tệ kém. Sáng còn nghe thi công ầm ầm trên đầu trả phòng đi gấp.

Phòng bẩn thỉu ẩm thấp, chai nước cũng không có, cửa phòng tắm, toilet cũng không luôn, thang máy thì dơ bẩn. Nói chung là không được điểm nào, với mức hơn 500k/đêm thì mình sẽ có nhiều lựa chọn hơn là ở đây. Nói chung là FAILED

Old hotel, peeling wooden floors, damp, shower not working. The room had many ants, the hotel door had no hotel name, which was difficult to find. Very bad experience

The room is older than I imagined... needs cleaning. My room 702 seems to have many guests coming in and out and the deterioration is clearly felt.

Rất tệ, nhà vệ sinh bị sệ chậu rửa mặt, như sắp rơi. Khăn tắm thì rách như giẻ chùi chân. Phòng bẩn.

Quá sức tệ! 1 sao cho trải nghiệm tại khách sạn này! Mình nhận phòng khá trễ tầm 11h đêm ngày 14/07/2023 , khi tiếp tân đưa mình chìa khóa phòng 301 lúc bước vào thì drap giường bị lật lên như có ai đó đã sử dụng qua và chưa được dọn dẹp. Khi gọi điện xuống yêu cầu hỗ trợ tiếp tân nói lên phòng 401, và khi mình bước vào phòng 401 thì cảm giác còn tệ hơn nữa : 1. Thành giường rất bụi, cực kỳ bụi, và bụi cả ở trên sàn. Phòng không hề được lau dọn! 2. Cửa phòng tắm kéo ngang mà cảm giác lung lay muốn sập 3. Vòi hoa sen đóng cặn thậm chí có rêu xanh bám vào, làm sao dám tắm? 4. Mọi thứ đều cũ và hầu như đã xuống cấp.. 5. Quạt thông gió trong phòng tắm bẩn đến nỗi rớt xuống cả bụi đen thôi xuống bồn cầu. Mình đã book phòng luxury vip và thanh toán từ trước, vậy tại sao nhân viên không chuẩn bị dọn dẹp phòng trước và đóng cửa lại mà để cửa mở, để khi gọi xuống hỏi thì báo chắc khách khác vào rồi! Khách sạn làm việc kiểu gì vậy? Chất lượng phòng 401 quá sức tệ và mình yêu cầu được đổi phòng khác thì tiếp tân bảo chỉ còn phòng trên tầng 10 và nói rõ ràng là mình phải tự xách hành lý lên thang bộ chứ thang máy không lên tầng 10. Và có nói mình ở tạm phòng 401, sáng mai mới có dọn phòng tới dọn! Vào sáng hôm sau, khi mình yêu cầu đổi phòng khác, lại đưa mình phòng 301, mình lên xem trước và phòng vẫn y nguyên như tối mình đến, drap giường vẫn bị hất tung lên và không có ai dọn phòng! Cuối cùng mình phải tự đi xem hết tất cả các phòng để chọn chứ không muốn để tiếp tân chọn nữa, và cuối cùng chọn được 1 phòng gọi là tạm được, nhưng vòi sen đóng cặn xanh còn gớm hơn phòng 401. Tủ lạnh thì dơ không được lau chùi. Bởi vì bị bắt thanh toán trước nên mình ráng ở lại cho xong việc. Đi lo công việc mà quá mất thời gian cho việc ở là một việc hết sức mệt mỏi. Phòng quá tệ, mà giá thanh toán lại quá cao. Cuối cùng mình đánh giá khách sạn này là tệ hơn mức tệ!

If not, I found another car and I didn't get any call back until I got to the hotel. 2. The next day I asked to rent a motorbike, this place only had 1 car so I was ok to rent it for 200k/day even though I went for half a day because the receptionist said "no half-day rental". While the next day, my friend rented and was only charged 120k, when I asked again when I was charged, she said the reason was that the 24h car fee is different, the other friends went for half a day, I asked why when I asked If you don't rent a car for half a day, she said the reason was "If you don't inform in advance, you will rent a car (note that my friends are the same, I just come down to ask in the morning) 🙂. 2. Because the previous day I was driving without a document, I was a bit shy, so I asked to book another car for the next day (car rental price 200k + shipping to the destination is 60k), I was ok and closed with another receptionist. order for this patient (this patient is in the afternoon shift, it's so cute), then in the morning I met that scowling friend, asked her to say why I didn't tell before, now she doesn't have a car (I'm like , while she doesn't) wanted to check with the other friend but we were wrong by default, and didn't listen to us). I don't want to argue, so ignore it. When I came back in the afternoon, my friend was cute, I asked her again if she explained that she thought she could still rent in the morning, so she didn't book in advance, didn't expect it to be in the morning, so I hope I can understand (I'm ok, not anh big deal, different attitude). 3. On the day of check-out, I called to ask the reception, why did the coin hit you, asked for a late check-out of about 2 hours, the price was calculated, she said it was half a day, I was ok, then she said "room" I have someone to book, don't support late check-out” (nothing to think about if I don't call from the landline and haven't told me what my room number is 🙂) 4. I've personally reviewed the hair receptionist for a while now. Short scowl thoy, back to the hotel, I found this to be more like a motel, when I walked in, the floor was very dusty, the bed and blanket were spread with the right duvet cover, the inside of the blanket was left for the guest to wrap themselves, no free mineral water ( there is an empty refrigerator), in 3 days without filling paper to change towels at all. Mainly because we don't stay a lot, so if I tell you the cute receptionist will probably clean up.

Chăn gối hôi rình, hơn 10h tối mình đi có việc về nên mới kiểm tra bảo hỗ trợ thay ga gối cho nhưng không được vì buồng phòng về rồi, bảo hôm sau thay trong khi mình ở có 1 đêm. Bồn cầu thì cũ lắm luôn. Nói chung phòng cũng oke nhưng mình thấy giống cái nhà nghỉ hơn.
