The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are fine, with a heater, clean, a garden with many fragrant rosemary plants. At the end of November, the hotel decorated for Christmas, there was a lot of atmosphere. There's only one thing that if the yard lights are turned on at night, it would be much nicer. At first glance, the view from the homestay seemed great. But once you enter the common areas, you'll see it's unsanitary. My homestay that day was like an outdoor cabin; the hygiene was extremely poor, and the bathroom looked filthy and unsettling. The homestay was also located far away. I will definitely never return.

I booked a Deluxe Room With Garden View - Exclusive Deal, hoping to stay in an indoor room rather than an outdoor cabin, as it was very cold outside. Upon arrival, the homestay said all rooms were booked and moved me to a cheaper room??? The staff were also very unpleasant during check-out. Instead of saying "It's time to check out," they should have used more pleasant language. They came in to remind me before check-out time, which was extremely annoying. If I return to Da Lat, I will not stay at this homestay. If you plan to book, you should ask the homestay carefully if the room is still available to avoid a situation like mine where I paid in advance only to be told there were no rooms available upon arrival.

2 years ago I went to the exam very well but this time I find the service is not good, I ordered the room for 2 nights, the 2nd night instead of the staff have to add 4 bottles of mineral water, this customer has to ask but give there are 2 bottles. In other hotels, there are bulldozers, this place only has ironing service of 40k / 1 unit. Clean the room, it is nearly 1 pm to knock on the door to ask if you need to clean or not, instead of the morning guests go out why not clean. The entrance and exit staff did not look friendly. Next time I will not choose this place to rest anymore!

However, for objective evaluation, we are pleased to answer as follows: 1) Ks will give priority to cleaning the guest room in the morning to have a clean room to support early check-in without charge (2 ROOMS HAVE HAPPY TO GET THIS PRIORITY). For guest rooms will be arranged in the afternoon or moved soon after receiving a request from guests. While serving, if the employee has anything negligent, gave not enough water, please remind me at that time and generously ignore it. 2) Ks has attached services to increase the convenience for guests to use. Especially the laundry service to GUARANTEE SAFETY PREVENTION. Ks has clearly announced the price list and she has agreed to use the service. If you accept to use the service, please do not compare with other hotels because each place has its own instructions, rules, regulations. Thank you sister.

Never before have hotel services been this bad. I rarely share but especially this time I want to share so you guys know and stay away from this place so as not to affect your experience, the room is normal and small, the view is ok but the manager is extremely Bad. Service but space no matter how ok but the attitude to customers like her manager, I would like to lose. If you do not want to hire more frustrating then you can experience it yourself.
