This is the second time I have returned to ibis styles hotel. Receptionists Khoi + Dat are very supportive, detailed and cute. The room is clean, the balcony view is very nice. The colors are youthful and dynamic. The restaurant staff serve well and support customers enthusiastically. I had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come back if I come to Vung Tau.

I have known Ibis for a long time but every time I go there are 3 adults so there is not a suitable room. This time I experienced the service and was very satisfied. The receptionist Nam was very enthusiastic in supporting me. I was pregnant and had motion sickness when I arrived and was supported to check in early without any charge. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the view was beautiful. I lost my wallet, ID card, and the hotel helped me find it. If I have the chance, I will come back next time😍

The hotel is suitable for families with young children because the surrounding area is mostly filled with children's voices and is quite noisy. The rooms are very small, only big enough for backpacks, suitcases, and sleeping space. The breakfast buffet is only average, not outstanding, and it's crowded and cramped. In terms of price, it's average to high.

Good location. Breakfast buffet is a plus. The swimming pool on the rooftop is very cool. My room is on the 3rd floor and its drainage is bad. Quite noisy on the weekend in the hallway since the soundproof is not a big deal in Vietnam. The staff was nice to let me check in before 2 PM. Very walkable area compared to many other cities in Vietnam

The hotel is very conveniently located, just across the road from the beach. I liked the sea-view rooms and the beautiful design. Since my family booked two rooms, the hotel staff arranged for them to be next to each other with a connecting door. The restaurant is also very nice and has a wide variety of buffet options. Thank you, Bao, for giving my family a drink voucher for the Lunar New Year. We will return when we have the chance.

The location and facilities of the hotel are very good, the lobby and restaurant space is very nice and airy. However, the room is a bit small even though it is premium class (I stayed in room 718), the toilet exhaust fan is very weak so the toilet will smell bad if the door is not open. I have experienced many things but this ibis is really bad. The bathroom has minimal toothbrushes and tools and they are brought up only when customers call. The service is terrible. I never want to come again.

Small room There are many rules in the room such as keeping clean, checking out on time. All are fined if violated, feeling uncomfortable when staying. I paid an additional 900k for an adult, then the hotel brought up 2 more blankets to spread on the floor. At first, Ibis did not give anything, after I complained, I received 2 blankets. The food does not have many dishes.

The lobby or breakfast restaurant is like a market, so there should be a reasonable way to check in for groups of guests. But the day I checked in, a group of guests came in and it was very messy, holding the room card and reading each person's name very loudly, like a budget hotel.
