The service was excellent. The cupboards in the room were dirty and the breakfast was terrible. We stayed for 5 days and every day was the same food, just Vietnamese food. The gym was really disappointing; the machines are broken and rusted. Everything else was great.

Overall, it was quite disappointing. I've always had a positive impression of Da Nang, but my experience at this hotel didn't live up to expectations. The rooms were quite stuffy, and the soundproofing between rooms was very poor. The only positive point was the city center view. However, what I found unsatisfactory was that guests weren't allowed to go to the top floor to watch the fireworks, even though it's a common area of the hotel. Guests who wanted to watch had to pay a very high extra fee because that area was used for private business on the day of the fireworks. The room price wasn't cheap, and I expected a better experience. Unfortunately, this was a less than ideal experience and didn't leave much of an impression.

I booked for 2 minutes, the hotels are next to each other and have connecting doors, very convenient for families, comfortable rooms, view of the Han River. The ceiling type air conditioner cools deeply, but cannot control the temperature even though it has a control panel.

I think the room price is worth it. I moved in. It's a bit far from the beach, but it's convenient to go to the market. Alcohol and welding, breakfast at the restaurant does not have many dishes but is extremely delicious, the male receptionist wearing glasses is very friendly! The only minus point is that the house doesn't have a ventilation fan and it smells a bit, otherwise it's perfect🥰

At the reception, the girls were very polite and gentle. Old-style rooms, limited space even when booked during the stormy season nearly 700k/night. Next, the breakfast food is extremely bad, not even Quang noodles (a traditional dish of Quang region), greasy and not hot dishes with a temperature of 19-25 are impossible to eat, "buffet" food is all Fried rice, fried vermicelli, fried noodles, fried dumplings, 2 vegetable salads and tomatoes were all not brought out to serve customers even though it was only 8:30', there were a few tapioca cakes but there was no dipping sauce and Also limited, drinks include orange juice, green bean powder and desserts include black bean sweet soup, a few jars of yogurt, and 2 or 3 halves of passion fruit. There's a manager wearing a white shirt and black pants who just watches. Everyone eats a little more, not paying attention to bringing more food to a large and old number of Malay or Filipino guests... In short, there will be no next time, and should not be introduced to foreign guests!
