Staff was very nice and always smiling, ready to greet. Found out it was my birthday and prepared a surprise cake. The unforgettable part was they recognised me and wished me happy birthday when I returned to the hotel! Very pleasant surprise. Bed was comfortable, gym was great. Only con was shower got wonky and wasn't hot sometimes but then again not a dealbreaker since it wasn’t cold in Vietnam. Will definitely return next stay!

Phòng cư trú ổn nha mọi người. Ngủ, nghỉ ổn, có điều hình như không cách âm 100% nhưng các tiếng động không nhiều hay ồn gì nên chấp nhận được. Vệ sinh sạch sẽ, nước các thứ đầy đủ, wifi chạy mướt, vị trí cũng khá trung tâm để di chuyển tham quan các điểm nữa ạ.

The soundproofing is very bad, it feels like there is no door, I can hear anything outside so I can't sleep well, the air conditioner is not cool enough even though it's 17 degrees :(

Phục vụ tệ, nhân viên không nhiệt tình. Cửa phòng vệ sinh hư, phòng không có nước gọi lễ tân cũng không đem lên, không có chổ đậu xe hơi. Giọt nước tràn ly là khi mình để quên đồ trên phòng và gọi khách sạn hổ trợ (lúc đầu mình đã sợ phiền nên đã nhờ khách sạn hổ trợ bạn mình tự lên phòng lấy nhưng lễ tân báo sẽ nhờ bảo vệ lên lấy, nhưng nữa tiếng sau bạn mình đến thì lễ tân nói quên và để bạn mình tự đi lấy). Quá tệ! Không sẽ bh đến đây thêm lần nào nữa.

Temporarily okay. The refrigerator has been broken for a long time, but it has not been replaced with a new one so that one after another guest can stay in. What's the point of early check-out without re-stocking the furniture in the room with a problem or without having to fix it right away? Just leave it as it is and then receive Ngta guests to spend money to receive such experiences in return. Do you have to wait for the mechanic to fix it, or wait for the maintenance to replace it with a new one? Why don't you pay people to book somewhere else, it won't damage people staying? R the brothers and sisters there are free to fix it
