I have never been to a resort where the staff have such a great attitude. All the staff are super friendly, enthusiastic and polite. That alone is enough for 5 stars.

Kawara My An Onsen Resort – a wellness resort complex of traditional Japanese onsen standards, one of the typical projects of BBGroup in Central Vietnam
With the mission of a pioneer in the creation of symbols, BB Group comes to Hue with its earnest desires to develop and create novel tourism impressions to this ancient capital. Thanks to the technology transfer and operation experience from Kawara Resort - one of the famous traditional hot spring resort brands in Japan, we hope to provide visitors with an experience of a high-class resort complex, especially the onsen service of notable Japanese standards, and most of all, a cross-cultural exchange between the Land of the Rising Sun and Hue Citadel.
Located around 2km from No Market and 8 km from Dong Ba Market, the resort is also 7 km away from Trang Tien Bridge. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar or a meal in the restaurant.

Although the resort is a bit far from the center, if you want to rest, relax, and take a mineral bath, it is a great place to choose. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful, poetic, and close to nature.
I had dinner at the restaurant and was very impressed with the hotess named Cuc. Even though she is a hotess, when she saw the guests, she proactively arranged the seats appropriately and served the dishes very quickly. She also noticed that my mother had a cough and took the initiative to bring out a cup of warm water for my mother to drink to reduce the cough. The food was also delicious and came out quickly.
The mineral bath experience was worth the money. The resort has many other health care activities at reasonable prices (guests staying at the resort get a discount).

My family and I went here and the service experience was worse than the brand we trust. There were not enough staff to support customers. The swimming pool was not clean. My family felt itchy after bathing. The staff were not very friendly and helpful. My family was very disappointed.

Beautiful space. The onsen bath experience is also quite interesting. Breakfast is also delicious but not diverse, especially the desserts are not much while Hue is a paradise of sweets and cakes. Lovely staff, okela service.

Beautiful resort, great view, many places to take pictures
Suitable for those who go on vacation because it is quite far from Hue city center (100k) grab car, experience should rent a motorbike from the time of booking a room for the most convenient experience

The room is ok but the design is normal, not too outstanding
The breakfast is delicious and beautiful
The swimming pool is broken so I got a sauna voucher and a discount voucher (but I really need a swimming pool)
The onsen bath service is quite interesting and good for health
Overall, the resort is beautiful, a bit far from the center but still close to the market and local restaurants.

Mình vừa có kì nghỉ lễ tại Kobi. Phải nói rằng thái độ phục vụ của các bạn nhân viên ở đây quá tuyệt vời, thân thiện. Không gian nghỉ dưỡng trong lành vào buổi sáng và rất thư giãn vào buổi chiều và tối. Đồ ăn cũng phong phú.
