The reception staff were polite. However, the restrooms were terrible, especially the shower, which was covered in black mold. The bedsheets were also black and I don't know if they were ever changed, and the towels were all old.

The hotel is a bit old, but I didn't have many demands because the price I booked was quite cheap. I give it a good rating because the staff responded to messages quickly and were very helpful: they handled my luggage drop-off before check-in and after check-out perfectly, and I requested electricity even when I wasn't in the room because I needed the refrigerator to keep my food fresh. Both the morning and evening shift staff were lovely.

Da La is very sorry for my bad experience at La. I checked my room reservation as Deluxe, and the Receptionist gave me room 307 which is actually a Deluxe room. You can get pictures from the nTraveoka system. The representative image is a VIP room, however when choosing a room category there will be many types of rooms, this may cause confusion about the room image. Regarding hygiene and room condition, La will check and improve. Sorry for the bad experience above and thank you also for your review

Yes, on behalf of La, I apologize for the bad experiences at La.
- Regarding the room having a smell, La will work with the housekeeping department again and it will be fixed.
- Regarding the TV, I hope you understand that the TV speakers are sometimes not as good as my external speakers, and if the speakers are small, I can call the Receptionist for assistance. Sometimes the previous guest did not adjust the settings correctly. I Netflix is not in La's support section, so I sympathize with La. La TV only supports watching TV and Youtube.
- Is there a dryer or electric kettle left in the room for easy management? If I need it, I will notify the Receptionist and the Receptionist will bring it to me.
Once again La apologizes and hopes for your understanding. Hope to serve you next time.
