Lam Kinh Hotel

The staff were friendly. The hotel, if you look closely, has a beautiful and spacious design. However, it seems to have been poorly maintained over time, showing some signs of wear and tear, and the price is still a bit high compared to the actual quality received. The glass doors in the bathroom and on the balcony are both opaque. On the plus side, it's conveniently located in the city center, easy to get around, and has many amenities nearby.

It was okay to stay, still a guesthouse, but eating at home, clean, hot, enthusiastic. have a few breakfast but that's better than the Alacate menu. generally fine !!!

It seems that I am a southerner so the guests for the room are very bad. After asking your complaints, I just moved to a new room to get better.

All services are quite good. Old hotel, in the process of renovation. In the room, carpeting floor should smell very suffocating, uncomfortable! I had to check out earlier than expected.

This hotel was amazing. From the room to the food and also the service here was perfect. Would highly recommend to stay in this hotel. Thank Lam Kinh hotel for bring us a wonderful vacation.

The hotel is more reasonable in price and service than in Sam Son. If I have the opportunity to return to Sam Son, I will sleep 1 night in Lam Kinh, then move to Sam Son, Thanh Hoa.

Lam Kinh hotel is the biggest and the most luxury hotel in Thanh Hoa city but the hotel still need to improve their service more if they want to be the best hotel in the area. The room is clean enough but It seems like there are some rubbish not been collected. a little stinky for the blanket. The breakfast seems ok!

- Except for rooms, other areas such as restaurants, lobby halls ... have no 24/24 air conditioning, including hot sunny days. - Poor hygiene: dirty water swimming pool, no bathing regime and foot washing before entering the pool, this hotel sells tickets freely to outside residents sharing the pool. Glass doors in the dining room, napkins are very dirty due to not cleaning and washing regularly. - Failure to ensure safety: the lenses in the room and the corridor widen close to the floor but do not have insurance barriers, violating the State's life safety standards. - Low quality food: Although it is located in a rich area of food, food is not guaranteed fresh, there is a phenomenon of reusing food: too much fried chicken is too chewy, vermicelli with sour, water watermelon, passion fruit juice, cocoa, sugar-flavored tea ... lose the active choice of customers of all ages. - In short, the management level of this hotel is still low due to not updating the tourist market and hotel business trend at the minimum, lack of transparency and not being inspected regularly by competent authorities.
