I really enjoyed my stay here. The staffs are extremely enthusiastic, friendly and hospitable. The rooms and facilities are neat, well decorated and well organized. Totally impressed by the pool, it's beautiful although it's quite small. The breakfast is delicious. Will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip. Love this hotel

Staff communication was perfect from the beginning. They are very attentive and helpful. The hotel is absolutely nice, clean and well equipped! The breakfast buffet is so delicious. I recommend it to anyone who visits Quy Nhon. Plus the location is really convenient! My friend and I will stay here again for sure!

The hotel is very clean, the room is beautiful and neat, the architecture is simple but still luxurious. Rooms are cleaned and used towels are changed daily. The breakfast buffet is diverse, quite delicious, and the view overlooking the mountain is very cool and chill. The staff is enthusiastic to support (ask you what to eat, you will only give a good place to eat). There are many good cafes around the hotel (eg: Meet cf), winmart (convenient but not beneficial, because winmart is much more expensive than coopmart), going to the beach is also very close. The hotel has motorbike rental which is very convenient to move. All in all, I'm very pleased to be here.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, the room is comfortable, the staff is very polite and enthusiastic. Nice swimming pool, delicious and varied breakfast. The location is also beautiful, it's only a short walk to the sea, only 2-4km from the entertainment places, very convenient to move. Really really like Le Mint, will definitely visit Le Mint again if I have the opportunity to visit Quy Nhon again 🥰

Beautiful hotel, attentive service. Friendly employee. If you require additional setup, please support enthusiastically. Small suggestion is that the refrigerator is not very cold.

I have just had a trip to stay at Le Mint, but I am not satisfied one bit about the following issues: First, I entered the room with a very unpleasant smell of durian. Second, the staff is unprofessional. , no enthusiastic support Tuesday, the pool is dirty and the breakfast buffet is sparse. Wednesday, the closet smells so bad that I don't dare to climb, so I have to keep it in my Suitcase (real photo attached) Hope you guys have a heart to let people know. Other people who come here don't have to be annoyed and annoyed like me. Read the reviews and see that some of you have good reviews, but that's not the case. I rate 2 stars.

Yes, I am very sorry for your unsatisfactory experience at Le Mint. My side has contacted you to apologize to you and learn more about our mistakes and misunderstandings between the two sides.
Regarding early check-in support, that day, the number of Out-In rooms was crowded and it was the time of VNexpress race, guests checked out on time, and there was still time for the housekeeping department to clean up, so I tried to let me pick up early. but unfortunately still not able to meet the expectation.
About the pool, I use electrolytic salt so the color does not look green and I also pay attention to cleaning it more carefully.
My breakfast buffet will pay attention and improve and add more dishes to choose from.
About the picture of the wardrobe, I checked and explained to you that this is not a mold but due to the finishing process of the PU coating worker on the paint stain inside and the cabinet is made of natural wood, so there is a slight smell of wood. but not damp.
Once again, we apologize for the things that you are not satisfied with and we will take note of the customer's feedback to improve the service better and better.
