The receptionist, housekeeping, and security guards are very friendly and enthusiastic in supporting customers. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is suitable for all ages, and the breakfast buffet is also easy to eat. In general, everything is ok. Next time, I will continue to come back to Lemore Nha Trang.

The hotel is newly built and put into operation so the infrastructure is very good, the equipment, rooms are clean, the staff is lovely. Good price, located right in the center, near restaurants, eateries, supermarkets, 5 minutes walk to the beach. I am extremely satisfied.

Phòng rộng rãi, dịch vụ tốt nhưng view không có gì đáng nói, để tới bãi biễn phải đi chuyển bằng xe và từ phòng chỉ nhìn thấy biển bị che bởi nhiều kiến trúc khác trong thành phố. Tuy nhiên khách sạn sạch sẽ và lễ tân hỗ trợ tốt, một căn phòng bình thường không có tầm nhìn ra biển sẽ tiết kiệm và phù hợp hơn.

My family planned to check in late, around 7:30 pm. Since we were traveling by private car, we did not make a reservation in advance. The evening shift receptionists are also very friendly, polite but not professional compared to the 4-star level of the hotel. When I have completed the check-in payment and received the key, you do not inform or inform me about the hotel's utility services (eg sports room, swimming pool, children's entertainment room). ), to let me know if it's free or charged because I have 2 children under 6 years old with me. The room is large and clean, with only a slight minus point is that the bed is located far away from the place to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner, so it is not very convenient to sit up and go to the place to adjust the temperature every time I am sleeping.
