The room was nice and had everything we needed. The hotel was centrally located to lots of restaurants and shops. But what really made it stand out was the staff was so friendly. We arrived a little early after traveling all day and our 7 month old baby was exhausted. They were able to find a room that we could check in early so he could sleep comfortably. Before leaving Nha Trang, I booked a hotel to rest as I had some time before my flight. However, as the time to head to the airport approached, the hotel staff informed me that they needed to conduct an internal check and asked me to wait. After a long wait, I inquired about the delay and was told it was due to a missing teaspoon. As a rule, I don’t use hotel amenities for hygiene reasons and bring my own items. It was quite upsetting to have my valuable time wasted over such a minor item, especially one I would never take. This was, unfortunately, the only disappointing experience during my time in Nha Trang.

I really think this place is special location food restaurants shopping our room was amaculent very nicely priced i will stay there again when in town .only we couldent get a very hot shower but all and all we enjoyed our stay
