I had booked a room at the hotel but couldn't stay due to an urgent matter. I went directly to the hotel to cancel the reservation and asked the receptionist to help me. The receptionist agreed, but as of today, the 22nd, I still haven't received my refund.

The location is great, opposite the beach, right next to the night food street and many seafood restaurants. The owner is very friendly. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't very good.

Phòng khá sạch Gần trung tâm Tuy nhiên trong phòng còn có mùi thuốc lá. Không có quạt hút nên mỗi khi mở cửa vào phòng mùi khá khó chịu Có thể do mình quá khó tính nên chỉ đánh giá Về cơ bản thì cũng ở mức khá !

The hotel is near the sea, you can go across the street to the beach. Right next to the food street, convenient for eating and drinking. The room is as pictured, the front desk staff is friendly and enthusiastic. My family is very satisfied and will have the opportunity to come back here

The hotel is in a beautiful location, close to the sea, in the middle of the food court, friendly staff. However, the room layout is not reasonable, the toilet area is too cramped, the housekeeping staff is negligent, the toothbrush and comb are not replaced after removing the used items, the kettle is too dirty, there are lots of onion leaves in the kettle....

I'm in room 701, clean room, with balcony. The most dissatisfaction is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy, the cooling is not stable and the mattress is slightly sunk so I lose sleep: ((
