We were moved to family hotel which is way better and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I think they are in the same management. The room was clean. In madam moon hotel there is no elevators, but in family hotel, there was elevator even though only for 4 pax + luggage. The location is very good! Both hotel are in the central of attractive places! Happy to stay here and sure will recommend to my friends!

Near central location within easy walking distance to visit, clean rooms, friendly staff polite. Breakfast is okay. But if the car set to go from Hanoi to Sapa through the hotel should not put
