Great four star hotel, outstanding city and beach view. It locates in the center of city, close to Front Beach, easy to get to restaurants with signature foods (Lau Ca duoi, My Thay...) and also tourism destinations. Staffs are nice and very supportive. Thanks. Will stay for sure if we come next time.

- There are not many dishes in the morning.
- The bathroom is small, the bathroom floor is tiled with slippery tiles (no anti-slip tiles) so it is very dangerous for the elderly. The tile adhesive layer that prevents water from overflowing from the shower room is peeling off, so when bathing, water overflows outside the washing and toilet area.
- The hotel should add hair conditioner because shampooing without conditioner will dry out the hair. (If anyone is subjective and does not bring a shampoo and shower gel set, it will be inconvenient).
* The hotel should check and upgrade its infrastructure and service quality to reach 4* level.

4* hotel with only 1 receptionist on duty. Due to work, it was ~23:00 when I got to Vung Tau and checked in, but the WC was broken and the key was stuck. My friend was stuck in the WC for a long time and the hotel handled it very poorly + there was no spare key. 1. The receptionist did not come up, could not help. 1. The electrician did not know what to do. I was wandering around not knowing how to handle it. In the end, I was the one who called the locksmith at midnight for help. I was the one who broke each wooden bar of the WC door for my friend who was stuck in there (because the WC was small, after taking a hot shower, it was stuffy and stuffy inside). I have been to many Muong Thanh hotels across the country, but this is the worst experience.

Everything was fine, until the air conditioner was set to turn off after 1 hour, I pressed many buttons but still didn't work, had to call the service twice & the last time was also preparing to check out so didn't call. Overall a bit inconvenient.

If I hadn't gone to FLC Quy Nhon (also 4 stars) a week before, I would have given it a higher score and not seen how much worse the quality was. 1. When I entered the room and checked the toilet, I saw a bunch of dry hair stuck to the wall. 2. Maybe the room was rarely used, so when I turned on the air conditioner, it smelled damp and musty, so I had to open the window for a long time for the air in the room to be fresh. 3. The hotel glass was cracked (probably due to the storm...) but it didn't leave a very good impression for a 4-star hotel. 4. The lighting system (including the toilet) felt dark, not bright, causing eye pain and discomfort (this is a bit bad compared to FLC). 5. The soundproofing system was not good. At around 4:30 in the morning, I heard the church next door ringing bells and singing hymns, so I knew I couldn't sleep and stayed awake until morning. The cleaning staff and cart pullers were talking outside in the hallway, clearly audible. 6. The elevator system is not ventilated, each time you enter it, it feels stuffy, the smell accumulates over time and leads to a bad smell. 7. The breakfast is not delicious. The sticky rice is dry and bland, the noodle soup is salty... 8. The first day I arrived, the toilet was clogged, I couldn't use it, so I had to report it to the receptionist. 9. The hotel's water is weak. The hot water system is very bad. The first day, I had to wait a long time for the water to be slightly less cold, but not hot. But the next day, it was a little warmer, but it depended on the time. When I was using it, it was sometimes cold and sometimes hot, causing a very uncomfortable feeling. In addition to the enthusiastic staff, perhaps because this hotel is old, the operating system and structure cannot be compared to other 4-star hotels. The experience was not good and I will not return.

The day I arrived, the sea was rough and I couldn't swim so I decided to go to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from 6am to 7pm. I went down at 6:30pm. I was on the 4th floor, the swimming pool on the 3rd floor was locked and I wasn't allowed to use the service because no one was watching. When I arrived, no one came out to pull my luggage into the hotel. The room was not soundproof. I could clearly hear the housekeeping staff talking inside.

Room service is good, but I hope the hotel can improve the food. When I went down to eat at 8am, there was no food left. The shrimp porridge tasted a bit sour. The next morning I had to go out for breakfast, which was very inconvenient.
